摘要 【摘要】 中心血管置管技术是新生儿重症监护病房（neonatal intensive care unit，NICU）不可或缺的救治
技术，其并发症同样不可忽视，如导管相关性血流感染、血栓等。中心导管相关性血栓（central catheterassociatedthrombosis，CCAT）可以无临床症状，也可能发生血管栓塞，严重威胁新生儿的生命健康。随着床旁超声在NICU 中推广应用，越来越多CCAT 被发现，越来越得到重视，而临床医师对其治疗及管
理策略仍存在困惑。本文就CCAT 在NICU 中的临床管理做一综述。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Central vascular catheterization is an indispensable treatment technology in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), and its complications can not be ignored, such as catheter-related blood flow infection,thrombus and so on. Central catheter-associated thrombosis (CCAT) can be asymptomatic, and vascular embolism may occur, which is a serious threat to the life and health of newborns. With the popularization and application of bedside ultrasound in NICU, more and more CCAT has been found and paid more and more attention, but clinicians are still confused about its treatment and management strategy. This article reviews the clinical management of CCAT in NICU.
