摘要　坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）是一种严重威胁新生儿生命的胃肠道疾病，特别是早产儿和低出生体质量儿。极低出生体质量早产儿NEC 的发病率可达7%，NEC 的死亡率在15%~30%，需要手术治疗的严重NEC 的病死率高达40%~50%^［1］。
