摘要　2002年，Waldinger和Schweitzer^［1］首次描述了一种罕见的综合征，两名男性患者在射精后出现了一系列综合征，该综合征包括严重的疲劳、身体局部强烈的灼热感和流感样状态，并伴有全身肌痛。这些症状在射精后迅速出现，4~7 d后才消失。这组症状被称为性高潮后综合征（postorgasmicillness syndrome，POIS）。
