摘要　患儿，男，9个月16 d，因“发育落后4个月，咳嗽1周伴气喘4 d”入院。患儿系第3胎第3产，足月顺
产，出生时无异常。5月龄时发现患儿竖头不稳，不会侧翻，7月龄于外院行头颅MRI未见异常，目前仍
竖头不稳，不会翻身、抓物，不能独坐，仅会咿呀学语。既往3月龄时行双侧睾丸鞘膜积液术；3月
龄后已患3 次喘息性支气管炎；房间隔缺损1.3 mm。父母体健，非近亲结婚，否认家族中类似
情况及其他遗传病史。未能按时预防接种。
