摘要热射病（heat stroke，HS）是一类重症中暑，特征主要表现为核心温度升高 >40 ℃、中枢神经系统病变，其中神经系统异常症状包括精神状态改变、抽搐或昏迷等，同时伴有严重的多器官功能受损（主要包括肝、肾、肺功能及骨骼肌损伤），是热力作用于机体引起的致死性疾病^［1-3］。据统计，全球范围内，在夏季热浪袭击期间（33~41 ℃，持续时间≥ 7 d），每10 万人中有 20 人左右发生 HS，其住院病死率高达14%，重症监护室患者病死率更高^［4］。HS 发病后临床进展快、病死率高。目前其发病机制主要围绕热应激下机体失代偿的病理变化以及 HS 引起全身炎症、多器官功能衰竭的相关机制进行研究^［5］。HS 病理进程进展快，治疗难度大，所以积极预防 HS 仍为降低发病率的重要手段。
