Research progress on pathogenesis of tic disorder in children

Abstract: 【Abstract】Pediatric tic disorder (TD) is not rare, and may interfere with daily life, learning and socialization, or cause subjective discomfort, pain or injury. Some children can't completely control their tics even after behavioraltraining and medication. In this paper, we review the progress of research on the pathogenesis of TD in children,share the latest opinions and conclusions, and lay the foundation for exploring new treatment opinions to better improve the conditions of TD children.
