摘要卵巢储备指的是女性卵巢内卵泡的数量及卵母细胞的质量，反映女性生育潜能^［1］。临床上把卵
巢内卵泡数量减少、发育异常或卵子质量降低统称为卵巢低储备（diminished ovarian reserve，DOR）。
与月经周期正常的同龄女性相比，患有DOR 的女性常表现为：卵泡消耗异常，体外受精- 胚胎移植
（in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer，IVF-ET）周期中卵巢对促性腺激素低敏，伴有激素紊乱和生育力
减退，最终导致不良妊娠结局 ^［1］。辅助生殖技术（assistant reproductive technology，ART）是不孕症的
主要治疗手段，在寻求ART 治疗的不孕症女性中，DOR 患者占10%^［2］。2015 年美国生殖医学学会提
出，目前DOR 的定义并不明确，不同于绝经过渡期和卵巢早衰（premature ovarian failure，POF），DOR
与3 种临床结局相关：卵母细胞的数量、卵母细胞的质量和女性生育潜能。
