摘要　胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤是一种病理诊断，指胎盘的非梗死、非缺血区域中血管数量的显著增加，是最常见的胎盘肿瘤，大多数胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤是在产检时通过超声偶然发现的，报道产检时超声诊断孕周最早为18 周^［1］，分娩后如果没有仔细察看胎盘并送病理检查就会漏诊^［2］。血管瘤常呈紫红色或灰白色，圆形、卵圆形或肾形，与周围正常胎盘组织界限清楚，通常位于胎盘灌注量较差的区域（绒毛膜下和边缘区域），从妊娠中期开始可以观察到。胎盘绒毛膜血管瘤是良性肿瘤^［3］，组织学类型包括血管瘤（毛细血管）型、富细胞型和退行性型，其中最常见的类型为血管瘤型。
