摘要【摘要】坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis，NEC）是早产儿和低出生体质量儿常见且危及生命
的肠道疾病，其临床表现多样、无特异性预测指标及病程进展迅速等导致NEC 高死亡率。近年，越来越
多的学者发现脂溶性维生素在早产儿NEC 中发挥重要作用，本文将当前维生素A 和D 在早产儿NEC
中的研究现状予以综述，为临床提供新思路。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a common and life-threatening intestinal disease in
premature infants and low birth weight infants. High mortality of NEC is caused by diverse clinical
manifestations, no specific predictive indicator, and rapid progression of disease. In recent years, more and
more scholars have found that fat soluble vitamins play an important role in NEC of premature infants. This article reviews the current research status of vitamin A and vitamin D in NEC of premature infants, providing new ideas for clinical practice.
