Abstract: 【Abstract】Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a common and life-threatening intestinal disease in premature infants and low birth weight infants. High mortality of NEC is caused by diverse clinical manifestations, no specific predictive indicator, and rapid progression of disease. In recent years, more and more scholars have found that fat soluble vitamins play an important role in NEC of premature infants. This article reviews the current research status of vitamin A and vitamin D in NEC of premature infants, providing new ideas for clinical practice.
