摘要 【摘要】 新生儿期的菌群定植直接影响整个生命周期的健康。研究显示,剖宫产可引起新生儿肠道菌群
中有益菌减少,致病菌增加。因此,纠正剖宫产婴儿菌群失衡对维护其健康具有重要意义。近年来的阴
道播种已成为产科的研究热点,剖宫产后用母亲的阴道液擦拭婴儿嘴巴、面部和皮肤,有助于新生儿肠
道菌群建立并影响子代健康,为改善新生儿肠道菌群和促进健康提供了新思路。

Abstract: 【Abstract】Microbial colonization during the neonatal period directly impacts health throughout the
entire life cycle. Studies have shown that cesarean section can lead to a reduction in beneficial bacteria and an increase in pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal flora of neonates. Therefore, correcting the microbial imbalance in cesarean-delivered infants has significant importance for maintaining their health. In recent years, vaginal seeding has become a research hotspot in obstetrics. Wiping the baby's mouth, face, and skin with the mother's vaginal fluid after cesarean section helps establish the neonatal intestinal flora and influences offspring health, providing a new approach to improving neonatal intestinal flora and promoting health.
