Abstract: 【Abstract】Microbial colonization during the neonatal period directly impacts health throughout the entire life cycle. Studies have shown that cesarean section can lead to a reduction in beneficial bacteria and an increase in pathogenic bacteria in the intestinal flora of neonates. Therefore, correcting the microbial imbalance in cesarean-delivered infants has significant importance for maintaining their health. In recent years, vaginal seeding has become a research hotspot in obstetrics. Wiping the baby's mouth, face, and skin with the mother's vaginal fluid after cesarean section helps establish the neonatal intestinal flora and influences offspring health, providing a new approach to improving neonatal intestinal flora and promoting health.
