摘要 早产儿视网膜病变（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）是主要见于早产儿、低出生体质量儿的一种以视网膜血管异常增殖为特点的眼底疾病，目前仍是儿童致盲的主要原因之一。这是一种可防治的疾病，合理用氧可显著减少ROP的发生，而及时的筛查和治疗则对预防ROP致盲至关重要。为此，国家卫生部于2004年特制订颁布了《早产儿治疗用氧和视网膜病变防治指南》，对于规范我国的早产儿用氧和ROP防治，降低ROP发生率和致盲率起到了重要作用。
