摘要 《早产儿治疗用氧和视网膜病变防治指南》自2004年颁布实施以来［1］，对我国的早产儿氧疗及早产儿视网膜病变（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）防治起到了很好的规范和指引作用。该指南颁布迄今，国内外近年来在早产儿氧疗及ROP防治方面进展较多。ROP国际分类标准（ICROP）于2005年进行了首次修订，美国儿科学会（AAP）2013年也对美国ROP筛查指南进行了修订，《欧洲早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征管理指南》亦先后发布2007、2010、2013版［2-4］，在早产儿氧疗方式及目标值、呼吸支持、肺表面活性物质应用等方面均有较多进展。因此，对该指南的修订已是势在必行。受国家卫生与计划生育委员会（原卫生部）医疗服务监管司委托，中国医师协会新生儿科医师分会于2010、2012年先后组织相关专家对国内60家医院NICU早产儿用氧和ROP防治工作进行了检查［5］，结合检查发现的不足，及国内外相关进展，国家卫生与计划生育委员会组织围产、新生儿、眼科等相关领域专家对2004年版《早产儿治疗用氧和视网膜病变防治指南》进行相应的修订（以下简称2013年修订版）。现将主要修订内容解读如下。
