| Progress of intrapartum resuscitation for premature infants |
|

|
摘要 近年来，随着社会对早产儿救治工作的日益重视、家长救治意愿的不断上升和新生儿抢救技术的不断提高，早产儿的抢救存活率和生存质量得到了很大提高，但由于其各器官解剖结构极其脆弱、生理功能发育极不成熟，极易受各种抢救治疗措施的影响，造成严重的近期、远期并发症，甚至死亡。因此，要进一步提高早产儿的生存质量，产前、产时和产后的管理需环环相扣，每一步的有效管理，均是下一步救治的前提，是高质量救治早产儿的基础。对于有发生早产可能的孕妇，应做好积极的治疗措施。出生时的复苏支持更多的是“稳定”而非单纯的“复苏”，应注意出生时和出生后早期对各脏器结构和功能的保护，采取更为“温和”的复苏和治疗措施。
