摘要为进一步指导和规范早产儿呼吸窘迫综合征（respiratory distress syndrome，RDS）的早期防治工作，在对我国不同胎龄早产儿RDS发生率及高危因素进行大样本流行病学调查的基础上，中国医师协会新生儿科医师分会和《中华围产医学杂志》编辑委员会组织有关专家，经过充分讨论达成本共识，以供临床参考。随着证据及经验的不断增加，此共识将适时予以更新修订。
