摘要内分泌系统由内分泌腺、内分泌细胞及其分泌的激素组成，参与维持个体生理功能稳定，促进和调节生长发育、性成熟和生殖过程。激素对靶细胞发挥刺激或抑制作用来调节其功能，并通过反馈调节机制保持平衡，某些病因打破了这种平衡，即称为内分泌紊乱。妊娠对孕母提出了特殊需求，包括对胎儿的支持和保护、子宫为分娩做出的适应性变化，以及防止孕妇分娩时潜在心血管损伤风险。孕妇为了满足上述需求会发生内分泌适应性改变。诸多母源性病因引起孕妇、胎儿和新生儿的母源性内分泌紊乱。同时，伴随着内分泌系统的发育，胎儿自身也必然受到包括来自母体的多种因素的影响。
