摘要昏迷是儿童常见的危急重症，可由多种病因引起，正确诊断并评估疾病严重程度对治疗及预后极为重要。现对儿童昏迷的定义、病因、病理生理、临床表现与昏迷评分、诊断与鉴别诊断及治疗的研究进展进行综述。
