摘要 新生儿败血症是新生儿的常见疾病之一,是新 生儿期各种致病菌经各种途径侵入血液循环系统, 并生长繁殖、产生毒素,造成全身性的炎症反应[1] 。 新生儿期败血症缺乏特异性临床表现,病情进展迅 速,易出现严重的脓毒血症及休克[2-3] 。因此,对于 新生儿败血症的早期病原学诊断以及早期治疗十 分重要。新生儿败血症的诊断缺乏特异性指标,近 年来出现的分子生物学标志及其他实验室指标常 应用于临床诊断败血症[4-6] ,但在特异性及敏感性 上并不理想。血培养是目前诊断败血症的金标准, 但因近年来广谱抗生素的使用,血培养的结果受较
大影响,即便有感染存在也未必全部能分离出细 菌,常出现假阴性结果,且血培养时间长、采血量 多,在临床应用中具有一定的缺陷[7-9] 。分子生物学 技术在病原学诊断上具有较高的敏感性及特异性。
