摘要 Batter 综合征（Bartter syndrome,BS）又称为继发性醛固酮增多症，1962 年由Bartter 等^［1］首先报道。临床特点为低血钾、低血氯性代谢性碱中毒及血肾素及醛固酮系统水平增高而血压正常或偏低，无水肿，伴肾小球旁器细胞增生，故也称为先天性肾小球旁器细胞增生综合征。至20世纪90 年代已报道200 余例^［2］，国内已报道几十例，但更多病例可能被漏诊。该病发病率约19/100 万^［2］，世界各地及所有种族均有报道，但黑人发病率偏高，女性多于男性，明确诊断年龄最早为孕20 周，最晚至50 岁。本病常见于儿童^［3］，5 岁之前出现症状者占半数以上。现就BS 的临床诊断及治疗进展综述，旨在通过对文献的复习，提高医务工作者对本病的认识，减少对不典型BS病例的误诊及漏诊。
