纳米冷冻手术在肿瘤微创切除中的 应用及研究进展

摘要 肿瘤的高患病率和高致死率是世界级的医学 难题，许多新生儿、婴儿、儿童的实体瘤被证实早在 胚胎期已经形成，出生后迅速发展和生长，表现出 不同程度的侵袭力、移行性和快速转移的能力［1］ 。 传统的治疗方法包括手术切除、化学药物治疗、放 射治疗、免疫调节治疗、靶向生物药物治疗、激素治 疗、代谢治疗以及营养治疗等，但各有局限性，治疗 肿瘤的效果及患儿存活率并不令人满意。而近年 来新兴的纳米冷冻手术（nano cryosurgery）成为一种 热点纳米医学技术。冷冻手术利用局部超低温引 起病变细胞代谢损伤和破坏，清除病变组织［2］ 。该 技术尤其适用于在超声或磁共振等影像学技术的引 导下，做病理穿刺活检的组织部位。本文将对纳米 冷冻手术及其相关研究结果进行综述，旨在增加对 该技术的了解，为肿瘤外科微创治疗提供新的思考。
