摘要 先天性肛门直肠畸形（congenital anorectal malformation，ARM）是新生儿外科最常见的畸形，其治疗的历史可追溯至数世纪前［1-4］。ARM患儿经常伴有相关发育异常，如先天性心脏病、染色体异常、泌尿生殖系统异常。目前对ARM治疗的目标是在解剖上重建所有畸形、识别和治疗有关合并症及功能性后遗症，从而改善这些患儿的生活质量。
