摘要肛门直肠畸形是小儿常见的先天性畸形，发生率约为1/5 000，近年来肛门直肠畸形的外科手术技术有很大的提高，但仍存在较多的并发症。肛门直肠畸形术后并发症分为围术期并发症和远期并发症，其中围手术期并发症包括伤口感染、伤口裂开、直肠回缩等，远期并发症有便秘、大便失禁、直肠尿道瘘、直肠阴道瘘、阴道闭锁、尿道闭锁、后尿道憩室、神经性膀胱、直肠脱垂等，这些并发症均需要积极的治疗，而肛门直肠功能评价对于治疗方法的选择具有非常重要的价值。
