摘要原发性肾病综合征（nephrotic syndrome，NS）是儿童常见的肾小球疾病之一，由于体内大量蛋白质（以白蛋白为主）从尿中排出及代偿性肝脏合成增加，引起凝血、抗凝、纤溶系统成分改变及血小板功能紊乱，常常存在高凝状态，加之高脂血症所致
血液浓缩、血液黏稠度增加，使凝血、血栓形成倾向更严重，强利尿剂及长期大量糖皮质激素的使用加重这一倾向。既往报道多以合并深静脉血栓居多，小儿NS 合并肺动脉栓塞甚为少见，且多数无明显临床表现，易于漏诊。现报道本科收治的1 例NS 并肺动脉栓塞病例，希望能为儿科医师在临床早期诊治方面提供借鉴。
