摘要 C3 肾小球病( C3 glomerulopathy) 是最近命名的一组疾病，它的提出引起了人们对补体旁路途径调节异常的注意，更进一步认识到其临床及病理特点，探索其更有效的治疗途径也将成为未来方向。现就这一组疾病做一综述。
