摘要 干燥综合征（sj?gren's syndrome,SS）是累及外分泌腺体病的一种全身性慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病。本病分为原发（pSS）和继发性。pSS 在我国人群的患病率为0.29% ～ 0.77%［1］。国外报道患病率为0.2% ～ 1.4%［2］。儿童pSS 罕见 ，尚未见儿童此病的流行病学文献报道，房丽华等统计北京协和医院1990 年至2004 年确诊了421 例pSS 患者，但儿童仅21例［2］。本院2013 年收治了1 例以肾小管酸中毒为首发表现的儿童SS，报道如下。
