摘要 妊娠期高血压疾病为妊娠期常见且严重影响母婴安全的疾病，其比例已逐年上升至 12% ～ 22%，成为孕产妇死亡的第二大原因，同时也严重影响了新生儿的发病率和死亡率［1］。妊娠期高血压疾病为多因素发病，可存在各种母体基础病理状况，也受妊娠期环境因素的影响。妊娠期间病情缓急不同，可呈现进展性变化并可迅速恶化。根据 2015 年“妊娠期高血压疾病诊治指南”［2］，妊娠期高血压疾病可分为：妊娠期高血压、子痫前期 - 子痫、妊娠合并慢性高血压、慢性高血压并发子痫前期。
以往国内外相关研究多集中在妊娠期高血压疾病对孕产妇的影响，而对胎儿及新生儿的影响报道较少。近年有学者指出，妊娠期高血压疾病可能与新生儿某些疾病的发生有一定关系，如感染、败血症、颅内出血、视网膜病变等，血液系统、内分泌系统、神经发育系统、血脂代谢等方面以及远期的体力、智力及生活质量也将会受到影响［3-4］。本文就妊娠期高血压疾病对新生儿的影响进行综述
