摘要 预测胎儿体重是产前监护的一项重要内容，对临床医师制定分娩方式、产程处理计划意义重大，准确估测胎儿体重能够减少产伤及分娩并发症，获得良好的围产期结果。尤其是近年来巨大儿（＞ 4000 g）的出生率逐年增加，孕期评估胎儿体重有助于合理指导孕妇饮食，控制胎儿体重。另有一方面，也有利于尽早发现胎儿宫内发育异常并予以及时治疗。临床医生可参考测量孕妇的宫高、腹围、体重增长等粗略估计胎儿体重，虽简单易行，但结果波动较大。超声检查方便、无创，是目前应用最为广泛且相对更为精确的估测胎儿体重的方法，并且随着技术提高，越来越多的指标被用于监测胎儿宫内生长发育情况，为胎儿体重估测提供更新、更准确的方法。文献中报道的超声单项观测指标目前有10 余种，测量方法包括二维的单参数法、多参数法，三维超声测量胎儿各个器官容积法。现将相关指标综述如下。
