催产素受体及相关疾病的研究进展

摘要催产素受体是G-蛋白偶联受体超家族中A族的一员，是人类最早被克隆的受体。催产素受体基因为单拷贝基因，位于3p25~3p26，在哺乳动物的体外培养细胞及动物体内，其基因结构均相似。催产素受体由388个氨基酸残基构成，形成7个疏水跨膜区段，故又称为7次跨膜受体，其分子质量为43 kD，以同源多聚体形式存在，以四聚体为主，单体之间以二硫键连接，这种形式使受体与配体能够更好结合而发挥生理作用。随着研究的不断深入，催产素受体的分布、作用已远远超出传统的认知范围和学术概念。现对近年来国内外相关研究成果进行综述。
