摘要 抗磷脂综合征（anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome，APS）是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病，患者体内存在抗磷脂抗体，并易导致动静脉血栓或病理妊娠。国内研究报道，APS患者发生病理妊娠的概率为51%～68.4%，主要表现为胎死宫内和复发性流产。美国生殖医学会将复发性流产定义为连续2次及以上的流产。约15%的复发性流产患者持续抗磷脂抗体阳性。如果不给予特定治疗，抗磷脂抗体阳性患者胎儿丢失率可高达90%。然而，无论是实验室检查还是免疫病理学特征，产科APS均不同于经典的血栓性APS，应用经典的APS诊断标准会使很大一部分产科APS患者漏诊，因而无法得到有效治疗。因此，认识产科APS的特点有利于更好地治疗，改善患者的妊娠结局。
