摘要脑性瘫痪（脑瘫）是指出生前至生后12个月内各种原因引起的非进行性脑损伤所致综合征，主要表现为运动障碍和姿势异常，常伴随感觉、知觉、认知、社交和行为障碍、癫痫及继发骨骼肌肉等问题，是导致儿童残疾的重要原因之一^［1］全球统计结果显示，近40年脑瘫在活产儿中的发生率为2‰～3.5‰^［1］关于脑瘫的治疗方法种类繁多，但需因人而异运用。现将近年来脑瘫治疗进展进行综述。
