摘要 随着我国新生儿先天性心脏病（先心病）诊断、围术期管理、外科技术的不断积累和提高，我国与发达国家和地区对该病的诊治水平差别越来越小，但是目前新生儿先心病外科治疗的开展还不够普及，地域之间的水平差异还比较明显。根据对新生儿先心病发病率的统计，我国每年有15万~20万先心病患儿出生［1］，其中部分患儿因病情复杂，出生后不久就出现危重状态，若得不到及时有效的治疗常导致夭折。针对国内目前危重先心病存在“出生的医院不能诊断、诊断的医院不能手术”的现状，陆军总医院附属八一儿童医院依托重症患儿“主动型转运网络”，开通危重婴幼儿先心病救治的绿色通道，影像、麻醉、外科、体外循环、重症监护多学科紧密合作，使“小（年龄、体重）、重（疾病程度复杂和全身状况差）、难（手术复杂、围术期管理困难）”的新生儿先心病诊治得以常规施行。
