|
摘要 先天性心脏病（先心病）经胸微创封堵手术是融合了传统体外循环辅助下外科修补和放射线辅助下内科经皮介入封堵2种治疗方法优势的新术式。经过近10年临床实践，该技术经历了从质疑到认可、推广、普及应用的深刻变化。2011年9月，《中华胸心血管外科杂志》刊出了“经胸微创室间隔缺损封堵术中国专家共识”，明确了其适应证、禁忌证、手术方式和并发症的处理措施，规范了技术操作［1］，大大推动了该技术在临床中的应用。
