摘要我国的剖宫产率近20年来逐年升高，现在许多地区甚至已经超过50%^［1］。此前人们对此重视程度不高，但随着二胎政策放开，剖宫产的远期并发症开始困扰着临床医生和患者，剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕缺损就是其中之一，可导致女性不孕、剖宫产子宫切口瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy, CSP)、增加子宫破裂风险等问题。本文旨在探讨瘢痕子宫及瘢痕缺损的危害、诊断和治疗，呼吁人们重视过度剖宫产这一现状。
