摘要

　胎儿水肿（hydrops fetalis，HF）是指胎儿软组织和浆膜腔内异常积液^［1］。其病因机制复杂，预后与病因机制类型密切相关，是围产期存活不良的预警指标。母源性胎儿水肿（hydrops fetalis of maternalorigins, HFMO）是指除遗传背景和结构异常以外的孕母疾病所引起的 HF^［2］，也是目前医学干预能够改善预后的 HF，需要加深对该类病因所致 HF 的认识。
