摘要 目的 探讨不孕症患者卵巢早衰的影响因素。方法 对 2010 年 1 月至 2014 年 7 月解放军第二五四医院生殖中心确诊的卵巢早衰患者进行登记，询问病因并进行统计分析。结果 遗传学占 11.8%，免疫学占 20.1%，医源性因素如放疗、化疗、激素或手术所致的卵巢血供受影响，其他因素 如职业压力、过度减肥等。结论 卵巢早衰的发病因素复杂，与遗传因素、自身免疫性疾病、医源性 损伤有关。临床应寻找疾病发生原因，对症治疗，改善生活质量，对于要求生育的人群，目前尚无有 效方法，寻求卵子捐赠是唯一的途径。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence factors causing premature ovarian failure in the infertility patients. Method The patients with premature ovarian failure (POF) were evaluated from January 2010 to July 2014 in the people's liberation army 254 hospital reproductive center. Results The hereditary factors(11.8%), the immunology factors（20.1%）, the iatrogenic factors (radiation therapy, chemotherapy, hormone, ovarian blood flow is affected by surgery)and other factors (occupational pressure, excessive weight loss) are related. Conclusions The etiology of POF is complex and related to hereditary factors, autoimmune disease and iatrogenic injury. Studying the etiology to explore clinical treatment and improve life quality is the main theme of the paper. Egg donation may be the only way for fertility.
