【Abstract】0bjective To analyze birth defect in Clinical of personal ilfformation．Methods Toanalysis of 21 050 the perinatal birth ilfformation in our hospital in 1990—2009．To scientiffcallv analvsesclinical dates of 204 defective infants by research．Results The incidence of birth defects to 9．69％。．The toDfive accounted for maxillofacial facial deformities， musculoskeletal deformities． nlultiple nlalformations．cardiovascular malformations(Include congenital heart disease)，neural tube defects．Of 72．55％defectivesare relative with trimester of bad history-． Of 6．37％defectives are relative with bad habits of alcohol and drugabuse．Of 21．08％defectives are relative with history-of bad products． Conclusion To forward the Dass．screening
