摘要唐氏综合征（Down syndrome，DS）是由21号染色体的全部或关键部位三体化并过度表达所导致的常染色体疾病。DS在世界范围内常见，发病率为1/（700～600）^［1］。DS个体常伴有多种功能障碍，其中口腔发育异常、口面部功能障碍以及智能低下共同作用使其发生进食行为异常，进而出现能量摄入异常、多种营养素摄入不足及代谢紊乱。生命早期正确的喂养指导以及多学科合作有助于改善DS个体的口腔发育及运动功能，从而改善DS个体的进食行为并预防营养紊乱的发生。此外，基因易感性会导致DS个体易罹患乳糜泻以及阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer’s disease，AD），明确营养素在两种疾病中的作用有助于通过营养指导来治疗或延缓上述疾病的发生，从而改善DS个体的健康状况以及生活质量。本文综述了现有DS个体口腔发育异常、进食行为异常、乳糜泻以及AD营养干预的研究进展。
