摘要

　　自 20 世纪 20 年代起，人们认为胎儿是无菌的，出生时微生物才开始在其体内定居，分娩方式是影响微生物定植的重要因素^［1-3］。胎盘被认为是天然屏障，能够阻止母体毒素和微生物入侵胎儿，以保证胎儿无菌，确保胎儿正常发育^［4-5］。近十余年，二代测序技术兴起，业已证实微生物普遍存在于人体表面和内部，即便在传统上被视为“无菌”的身体孔洞也不例外，这同样适用于胎儿的生长环境——子宫^［6-8］。国内外学者相继发现，正常妊娠的胎盘、羊水、脐血和胎粪中均有微生物存在^［9-13］；微生物不仅在出生前定植胎儿，而且可能在胎儿的生长发育中发挥作用^［14］。母亲肠道微生物群可能是胎儿肠道菌群的主要来源。本文对母亲肠道微生物群向胎儿肠道传播的研究进展进行综述。
